Mediation
Mediation is a structured process where a neutral third party helps resolve disputes outside of the courtroom. It provides an alternative to traditional litigation, offering a more cost-effective, confidential, and time-efficient solution for parties involved in legal matters. The mediator will help facilitate communication and assist both parties reach a mutually agreeable solution. Whether in family cases, civil cases, or other legal matters, mediation allows individuals to retain control over the outcome.

Remote Mediation
Our office, located in Fort Collins, is a great way to make payments in person or submit an intake in person. However, mediation does take place remotely. We conduct mediation via Zoom so there is no need to worry about traveling to us.
